Labels not resolving in AX 2012R3

Hi everyone,

I recently installed 3 new environment. All environments are AX 2012 R3 CU 10.I all the environment the system labels are not resolving.I tried restarting the AOS ,deteted the .ali and .ald files from the bin folder again restarted AOS. But still no help.I checked the database and the labels have been deployed on the DB.

Kindly help ASAP.
