AX Report Batch Execution Job Error - Process cannot access file for AX Proxy Account

Occasionally we receive following error when we look at batch job for the ssrs report

“The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\AX PROXY ACCOUNT\AppData\Local\Temp\tu87ki5l.err' because it is being used by another process.”

This is happening on different reports, and on different timings - no relation to each other or with time. Also we have disabled ANTIVIRUS and excluded the temp path. but still no luck!

Does anybody have seen this?
